“JUST GET IT DONE.” is THE LIONE ETHOS term that defines a certain mindset of a particular type of person. This person believes that the body has limitations, without question. However, they resolutely believe that the mind is limitless. It has the power to soar beyond any obstacle or circumstance that life may throw their way. That the possibilities are endless, and they are all within their grasp no matter how old they are.

The most amazing part, and truly supported by evidence of those that had adopted this part of THE LION ETHOS framework, is that once your mind reaches that level. It has the ability to strengthen and heal your body’s weaknesses beyond its normal capability.

Your mind is like a beacon of light, shining brightly and beckoning you to reach for the stars. It doesn’t matter where you come from or what your background is; your mind is capable of achieving greatness if you only consciously choose to push it to that limit with your clear choices.

You have the power to create your own destiny and shape your future. Your mind is the driving force behind your success, and it is up to you to harness its full potential. You must be willing to push yourself beyond your physical limitations and build a body that can keep up with your soaring mind.

Don’t settle for mediocrity or let your current mindset and body hold you back. Instead, rise up to meet the challenge and unleash the full power of your mind and body. You are capable of achieving anything you set your mind to, but a wish is clearly different from a clearly defined direction and planned actions.

Your mind and body is capable of achieving greatness, but sometimes it can be easy to get caught up in the excuses and obstacles that hold you back.

As much as we like to believe we’re invincible, there are times when we let excuses hold us back from achieving our full potential. We let our ego gets in the way. We mask the shame of others perception gets in the way. To avoid taking action, we come up with excuses such as:

  1. “I don’t have enough time.” It’s easy to feel like there aren’t enough hours in the day, but the truth is, we all have the same 24 hours. It’s up to us to prioritise our time and make the most of it.
  2. “I’m not good enough.” This is a self-defeating thought that can be hard to shake. But the reality is, everyone has to start somewhere. “Everyone Start at Zero.” You don’t have to be perfect to succeed; you just have to be willing to try.
  3. “I’m too tired.” It’s easy to use fatigue as an excuse to put things off, but sometimes pushing through the exhaustion can be the key to achieving great things. Remember, fatigue is often a state of mind, and you can train yourself to overcome it.
  4. “I don’t have the resources.” Whether it’s money, equipment, or support, feeling like you don’t have what you need to succeed can be discouraging. But there are always ways to work around limitations and find creative solutions. THE LION ETHOS Framework is one of them.
  5. “I’m afraid of failure.” Fear of failure can be paralysing, but it’s important to remember that failure is a natural part of the learning process. Every successful person has experienced setbacks and mistakes along the way. It’s how you respond to failure that determines your ultimate progression, and the eventual success.

That’s where my tagline comes in: JUST GET IT DONE. These three simple words hold so much power and potential. They are a call to action, a reminder that you have the strength and determination to overcome any challenge.

When you feel like giving up or procrastinating, remember those words. JUST GET IT DONE! Let them guide you towards what you want, towards the life you want to live. Embrace the emotional impact of those words. Let them fire you up, fuel your passion, and let them bring out the LION in you.

With your body, mindset and self-image in alignment and working together. You can accomplish anything you set your sights on. No matter what your dreams are, no matter how big or small they may seem. Be self-confident in your own authenticity. Chin Up, Get Up, Get Moving, and JUST GET IT DONE.
